We have recently helped a homeowner in Coral Springs complete her wet area for her master bathroom. The husband had ventured into the renovation by himself and it prove to be harder than he imagined. We were very happy to be able to help him achieve what he had envisioned.
This is a very smart idea that saves money and space, and you can still enjoy the convenience of a shower and the luxury of a bathtub without having that same deja vu look, of bathtub and shower in it. .
One of the tricks is to install an infinity drain. It does its job of draining the water and it complements the simple lines of this design.
Installing an infinity drain requires an experienced professional. It's more complex than a regular drain; but worth it. It blends in very well, adding a detail instead of distracting your eye to something purely functional.
We believe that planning is the key to successful renovation. When we design for our clients, we put everything on a drawing. We do renderings and play with ideas. Then we create a list of materials, and an estimate. Our goal is always to provide top notch service, smart design at an affordable price.
This beautiful condo in Pompano Beach was fully renovated and is now being sold. I'm sure it will sell pretty soon, it is easy to feel at home in here.
Our client has decorated in a very tasteful way; it is warm inviting, and relaxing.
It is easy to envision coming home to this beauty after a nice relaxing day at the beach.
I specially like the hardwood floors and the accent colors she chose.
We are all very proud to be part of this beautiful project.
Remember the ugly bathroom? It's becoming beautiful. Luis and our tile layer Geremias did a beautiful job on it, flawless. Our client is very pleased!
Like Jose says; sometimes it has to get ugly before it turn into something beautiful.
Out with the ugly bathroom, let the remodeling breeze come in.
This is another part of our Company's "Personal Project".
Luis come out with the kitchen design idea, and I picked out the backsplash. I just love the clean, fresh and modern look it has.
The backsplash doesn't compete with the countertop and it's easy to clean.
I'd also love to cook in this kitchen, and have nice cup of Bordeaux wine.
Next, I have to choose, the handles. I think already know what is going to look good and complement the style.
I must admit to Luis, I was very skeptical about painting the doors, THE DOORS ONLY in grey!
This house is our company's 'personal' project, so I we can also do some experimenting, I and have to confess, in my mind white was the logical way to go.
I was expecting to tell them, 'I told you so' but, the opposite happen; I REALLY like these doors! It does go with rest of the house.
I'll be sharing more pictures soon!
Wonder why I am in this field of work?
Besides a story of meeting people, (my husband! Claudio) I remember when I was little, how I loved to watch and help my father get things done in our home, additions, painting, kitchen, tile, bathroom, he is very crafty, and learned mostly by himself. He is very picky about how well it needs to be done.
When we had visitors I'd proudly tell them how I had helped him in this project, gave my input in another, how he and my mom let me chose the tile.
Very often 'd walk in a room, and I'd imagine what could be done to improve it, make it more functional, attractive. People thought I was just distracted, when in reality my mind was at work, painting, remodeling, adding, changing the layouts.
I'd feel bad sometimes, and try to forget about it, but my mind wouldn't stop, It doesn't!
Then, in 2004 I met Claudio, it was natural to me to listen to his tales of building and remodeling. Eventually, I couldn't resist but join the team.
Today, I'm very proud to be working with a team who is serious about their job and love what they do.
Plus, our clients have become friends, and it's no secret that friends do bring so much joy in our lives.
I love to see projects being done. I can't help but share what a difference, a well planned and crafted job can make in a home or office.
